Performance Plans and Reports

Performance Plans and Indicators
Performance planning and reporting is the foundation for how we operate and evaluate our government. For fiscal year 2010, we asked each city agency to develop a performance plan, which describes new initiatives that improve the quality of their services and highlights metrics that meaningfully gauge their progress against goals. View available agency performance plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help us define and measure progress toward our goals. For fiscal year 2009, we will soon publish year end reports based on the metrics used in the FY 2009 Budget.
